Two different conversations. Two doors.
Whoever wants to bring an entire operation here and whoever has a community down at eleven at night don't need the same thing. One needs a conversation. The other needs an answer. In the same form, both wait the same amount of time.
So this page doesn't ask for the subject. It asks whether you already have a community running here.
Picking the wrong door costs nothing: both use the same identification.
Four answers that might close the subject.
Do you take a cut of my sale?
No. You keep selling on your own gateway; the platform gets the notice and releases access. The only percentage in the product is 3% on sales between members in the marketplace — and the marketplace starts off disabled in the community.
Do you charge my members a monthly fee?
There is no member subscription inside the community. Student access comes from three places: you grant it, they buy a package, or your gateway's webhook releases it. If a member subscription is what you're looking for, that's not us.
I have more than ten thousand students.
It fits. The plan includes 10,000 members and, beyond that, each additional block of 10,000 is a paid add-on — the platform scales to 1 million members. Write with the real number: the proposal comes out sized, no surprises.
Can I bring my base over?
Your base comes in through a batch email invite, an invite link with an expiration and a use limit, or on its own, through the webhook of the gateway where it already bought. Content is recreated: there is no course importer, and no spreadsheet import.
Six fields. None of them is decoration.
Every field here changes the answer you get. None of them is here to feed a report.
Four fields and one tap.
If you've opened a ticket before, it continues here. It's one ongoing conversation, not a new email every time.
Most of what brings people here is already in your dashboard.
Dashboard
Community status, plan, cycle, subscription period, billing portal, and direct entry into your community as an admin. Cancel and reactivate are buttons.
Password
Request an access link by email on the login screen. The response is the same whether or not the account exists, and the link arrives with no intermediary.
Usage question
The help centre is open, no login required.
You can start without talking to anyone.
Your community's address is reserved right inside checkout, with availability checked as you type. The structure comes up on its own, and the link is only released after your domain's HTTPS certificate actually responds — the first link you send your students won't open with an insecure-connection warning.
If your question was something else, it's behind one of the two doors above.
